Useful holiday information
There is a good village shop half a mile from the flats and there are more shops, pubs, restaurants and a garage at St. Merryn which is two miles away. At Trevose Golf Club there is also a swimming pool, tennis courts and as well as the championship 18 hole course there is a short 9 hole course for beginners with another 9 full size holes recently completed. And all this is just at the end of Garden Cottage Flats’ back field.
AVAILABILITY
Due to the Covid guidelines on cleaning all properties are available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 9am on the day of departure. If you provide a mobile number we will let you know if your flat is available earlier.

PETS
Well-behaved pets are welcome at an additional charge of £25 per week (see tariff) , and subject to their owner accepting liability for any damage they may do, and on the condition that they will not be left unattended in the property. Owners are also expected to bring suitable bedding for their pets.
PARKING
There is ample parking on site.
BEDDING
Tamarisk, Trevose View & Treliza
All beds have duvets, 2 pillows and covers. Bed linen and towels are included in rent.
KITCHEN
All are equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a full range of crockery and cooking utensils, as well as vacuum cleaners and cleaning equipment.
Cots and high chairs are available on request free of charge.
BOOKINGS
During the high season, these are on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday. Out of season short breaks or long weekends can be arranged.
DEPOSITS
1/3rd of total cost is payable on booking. Reservations will only be held for 7 days without a deposit. The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival, when details of directions will be sent.
LAUNDRY
Washing machine is available for visitors to use upon request.
BEACHES
There are lifeguards on all beaches between May and September.
DOGS
Dogs are permitted on beaches in the area with the exception of Trevone and St George’s Well in Padstow, where they are banned between Easter day and 1st October.
