Useful holiday information
There is a good village shop half a mile from the flats and there are more shops, pubs, restaurants and a garage at St. Merryn which is two miles away. At Trevose Golf Club there is also a swimming pool, tennis courts and as well as the championship 18 hole course there is a short 9 hole course for beginners with another 9 full size holes recently completed. And all this is just at the end of Garden Cottage Flats' back field.

All properties are available from 2pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure

PETS
Well-behaved pets are welcome at an additional charge of £25 per week (see tariff) , and subject to their owner accepting liability for any damage they may do, and on the condition that they will not be left unattended in the property. Owners are also expected to bring suitable bedding for their pets.
PARKING
There is ample parking on site.
BEDDING
All beds have 3 blankets, 2 pillows, electric blankets and covers. Sheets, pillowcases and towels are not supplied but can be hired at an additional charge. Bedding is £6 per week, and Bedding plus towels £9 (see tariff). Bedding for Treliza is included in the rent. Cots and high chairs are available on request free of charge.
KITCHEN
All are equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a full range of crockery and cooking utensils, as well as vacuum cleaners and cleaning equipment.
